The Improbable Crew

TIC is a distributed company. Product managers, software engineers, QA specialists, data and systems engineers, and executive leadership work across Tech Forge, Melvin Labs and Magrathea — on client platforms, our own products and programmes with partners.

How a team is formed depends on the work: an engineering team alongside a client through Tech Forge, a small experiment in Melvin Labs, or a programme built with local partners through Magrathea.
