Where we come from

The Improbability Company grew out of years of building, shipping and fixing things under several banners — L.O.L. Consultants, L.O.L. Capital and others. In December 2025 we brought that work together under one name, so the people, products and programmes could grow as one company.

We operate at the collision point of RegTech, Compliance, and ClimateTech Electrification. Our work blends engineering discipline with a sense of humour, curiosity, and the kind of naive optimism that built half the modern world. We like to think of ourselves as the improbable partner — the team you call when the thing you want doesn’t exist yet.
